Item Donation Form

Thank you so much for your generous donation!  

Your donated item or service will be offered during our spring fundraising auction, Sunset Splash, on March 7, 2026, to raise crucial funds to support Valley Vista Public Waldorf School 

Please complete a separate donation form for each item you are offering.

ALL donations are due by January 15, 2026.  

Please be sure to include the following information: 

- Business or personal name as you would like it to appear in our event program

- Information on how your item will get to Valley Vista Public Waldorf (Will the item be emailed?  Dropped off? Need to be picked up?).  To arrange pick up of an item, please email our auction parent volunteers at vvpwauctiondonations@gmail.com
